The 5 steps to set up success 🙌


The first login or signup

Before we start you need to have your email address and a mobile number ready. If you are a doctor not associated with a clinic you can signup here.

Good to know: Normally, you should have received your access credentials from your clinic facility.

If this is not the case, you can simply register here for a new doctor profile registration. In order to associate your doctor profile with a clinic please open a support ticket by sending us an email.


To login please go to https://doctor.tellsaleem.ma/login and enter username and password.

Once login you should see a Dashboard. Do not hesitate to open a ticket and share some feedback and if something that you would like to see in the next develoment release.

If you are a doctor who is not associated with a clinic, you can proceed to sign up using the following steps:


Signing Up:


Signup for Doctors Not Associated with a Clinic:

If you are a doctor operating independently and not affiliated with a clinic, you can initiate the signup process by clicking here. Follow the prompts to create your account.


Logging In:

For those who have already registered, please proceed to log in by following these steps:

  • Visit the login page.
  • Enter your username and password associated with your TellSaleem account.

Accessing Your Dashboard:

Upon successful login, you will be directed to your personal dashboard. This is your central hub for managing appointments, patients, and other key functions.

Update your medical career information like medical title and bio.

Add your career information

By following these steps, you can easily add or update your medical career information on the TellSaleem platform. This information helps provide a comprehensive overview of your qualifications and expertise to users of the platform.

  1. Access Your Profile: Begin by logging into your TellSaleem account and navigating to your profile page.
  2. Navigate to Career Information: Scroll down to locate the "Medical Career Information" section within your profile.
  3. Edit Career Information: Click on the "Edit" button within this section to make changes to your medical career information.
  4. Membership: You can insert details about your professional memberships in this section.
  5. Education: Include your educational background, degrees, and certifications.
  6. Research and Publications: Share your research work and publications relevant to your medical career.
  7. Save Changes: After entering or editing the required information, ensure to save your changes by clicking on the "Save" or "Submit" button, if available.

Add your services and prices

By following these steps, you can easily add or edit services offered by doctors on the TellSaleem platform. This information will help patients find the services they need and schedule appointments with you more effectively.

Adding Services and Prices in BHD
  1. Log in to your TellSaleem account.
  2. Navigate to your profile information page.

    Add a Service:

  3. Scroll down to the "Services" section on your profile page.
  4. Click the "Add" button to add a new service.

    Service Details:

  5. You can insert multiple services as needed.
  6. For each service, provide the following details:
      • Name: Enter the name of the service you provide.
      • Appointment Duration: Select the desired appointment duration from available timeslots, ranging from 15 minutes to 60 minutes.
      • Fees: Specify the price for the service in Bahraini Dinars (BHD).
  7. After entering the service details, make sure to save your changes.

Invite your stuff / team members (Optional)


To manage staff or team members on the TellSaleem platform, begin by logging into your account.

Navigate to "Manage Staff":

    • Click on your profile picture located in the top-right corner of the screen. This will open a dropdown menu.
    • Within the menu, find and select the "Manage Staff" option. This will direct you to the staff management section.


Adding Staff:

In the staff management section, you'll find an option, often located at the top left or right, to "Add Staff" or "Invite Staff."

Click on the "Add Staff" button to invite new team members.


Invite Staff via Email:

After clicking "Add Staff," you will be prompted to provide the email addresses of the individuals you wish to invite to join your team.

Specify the email addresses and make sure to choose the specific permissions and roles for each staff member.


Assigning Roles:

Roles help determine the level of access and responsibilities each team member will have. There are typically two main roles:


  • Admin: This role grants full access and control over your profile. Only assign someone as an admin if you trust them implicitly, as they will have significant authority.
  • Staff Member: Staff members have specific permissions tailored to their responsibilities. You can adjust these permissions even after the staff member accepts the invitation.

Customizing Permissions:

Depending on your platform's settings, you can customize the permissions for staff members. Typical permissions might include:


    • View Appointments
    • View Patients
    • Manage Calendar
    • Manage Patients
    • Manage Appointments

Removing Staff:

If you need to remove a staff member from your team, you can typically do this from the same "Manage Staff" section. Locate the staff member you wish to remove and select the option to remove or deactivate their account.


Confirming Changes:

Always ensure that you confirm your actions, especially when adding or removing staff members, to prevent any unintended changes.


By following these steps, you can easily manage your staff or team members on the TellSaleem platform, ensuring that everyone has the right access and permissions for their role.
